Today I'm sharing a post from Sohini Mimi Striuli, who points out that fewer than 150 banks and holding companies exercise vast control over the media, the food industry, and big pharma. We all recognize the big names: MCDONALD'S EXXON-MOBIL KRAFT COCA-COLA NESTLE KELLOGG'S GENERAL MILLS. This link lists the rest of the companies. To help reduce the concentration of power by so few companies, try to avoid buying products from these businesses. It's not easy, but it's something one can do.
